Today's topic is about sleep. Sometimes we don't get enough of it, and other times we get too much of it. Wherever we fall on that scale of sleep, there is a never ending debate about how much is too much. Though it is acknowledged that there is a recommended amount, it seems just as fair that the right amount is subjective to the individual. In this episode, we're more curious about our personal habits of sleep. Sometimes we feel there's not enough time in the day to get things done, so we deprive it, or we're too excited for the next day to come and can't seem to get in some much needed rest.
