#96 - Real Talk: Lunch or Recess?

Today's topic is about elementary and/or secondary school activities.  We are going to reminisce about our time during our younger days in public school.  Whether it's about our insecurities and our fears, or the dreams we used to have and still have, this light episode could give us something to reflect and even laugh back on.  In this episode, we are going to talk about the incredible time of recess and lunch.  Two big parts of our lives during our younger days in school, and possibly some of the biggest impacts it had on our lives growing up.

The questions we explore in this episode are:

1. Thinking back to your younger days in school, pre-college, of course, what did you prefer, having recess or lunch?  Or another way to think of it, what had a bigger impact on your life during those school years?
2. How important did you think the nature of recess and lunch were, to our growth as kids growing up?  Should we still implement some form of this as adults in our lives?
