#56 - The Rona Series Episode 47: How Do You Improve Your Mood?

Whether it's a change in pace in our lives, or just a change in the weather, our mood tends to swing with them.  We all know it's human to have a bad day, and when it comes to having those bad days, it's all about trial and error on how we figure out how to resolve those tensions.  And the older and wiser we become, sometimes those bad days come through harder, and we consistently have to learn to adapt with them.

In this episode, we are keeping it lighthearted and talking a little about our feelings.  Most specifically, what do we do to get into a good mood, or improve our mood, when we get in a bad mood?

Throughout this episode, we talk about all types of ways we may have bad days and / or bad moods, including all of our trigger points.  Whether that comes from our pet peeves, or just negative energy that we encounter during the day, we are all human and it's part of life to have these bad days or moods.  There is not ever a right or wrong way to have a bad day, and it is all subjected to our own lives.  So however we deal with it, it is a lifelong journey on how to combat those stresses that come with bad moods.

In the end, we talk about how we try the best we can to combat those stresses.  What are our own personal best practices to deal with bad days, and how to ensure that we try to stay as healthy as possible.  Stress and bad days are typical things that come up in our lives, how we choose to deal with them, can make the biggest difference in our lives.
