#83 - Real Talk: Habits

Today's topic is about habits. Especially the habits we have at night before we wind down to bed. Some of us have rituals, routines, or must-do's before we can be at a peace of mind to relax and go to sleep. Now it seems for some that are night owls, can have a harder time sleeping early regardless of whatever we do to relax before bed, but we still have some routine we have to take care of on the regular before calling it night. So even if you don't sleep at all, the sun sets at the same time for all of us, and we have to take care of those night time rituals, whatever it may be.

In this episode, we'll have a light-hearted conversation about what we must do before we transition from the day to the bedroom, or wherever we choose to call it a day.

Throughout this episode, we talk about our rituals and routines that we must do before we get into bed.  Though routines are all subjective, we personally talk about what things that we habitually do to reset us and get us comfortable to sleep. 

In the end,  we talk about how we learned to figure out how these habits became ingrained in us, and we discuss how we can build on it, or remove it if it detracts from our personal efficiencies.
