Today's topic is about goals. Not about setting them, that's more for another time, but our perspective on them. There can be a satisfying feeling when we cross off that last item on our to-do list, or get the same satisfaction from starting a new goal on a blank sheet. In today's very short episode, we explore reasons that creating a goal and/or accomplishing one can bring us the satisfying feeling that creates a foundation or stepping stone for us to catapult to the next one.

The questions explored in this episode are:

1. What's more satisfying, creating a new goal or accomplishing one?
2. It seems like most of us would get satisfaction from accomplishing a goal, but what are some reasons creating a new goal can be more, or just as satisfying?
